Would be great to have 

Tsunami warnings/events in areas like paraparaumu which are close to water. (This can be a rare limited event which does not require visuals) would just be setting up road blocks and effectively having officers go door to door etc checking for victims Civ's could roleplay as victims. 

 

Heavy rainstorms and heavy winds which can cause loss of control of vehicle's in particular area's during event and  have emergency response to the area's
